What You’ll Do:

As Slingshot Aerospace’s Vice President of Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive revenue growth, acquire new customers, and strengthen brand awareness. Your role will focus on optimizing key campaigns, lead generation, pipeline development, and strategic sales enablement to achieve business goals. You will oversee demand generation programs, account-based marketing initiatives, and customer-centric messaging while ensuring alignment with sales and product teams. Additionally, you will guide and mentor the marketing team, manage budgets, and leverage analytics to refine strategies and maximize ROI. This role is critical in positioning Slingshot Aerospace as a leader in the industry and accelerating the company’s growth trajectory.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Campaign Development: Design and execute campaigns that deliver high-quality leads, accelerate pipeline velocity, and nurture prospects throughout the buying journey.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide tools, training, and resources that empower sales teams to convert leads into customers effectively.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Implement targeted ABM strategies for key accounts to increase conversion rates and deal sizes.
  • Thought Leadership: Position the company as an industry leader by producing high-value content, hosting webinars, and participating in industry events.
  • Brand Building: Strengthen brand equity through strategic messaging, storytelling, and consistent communications.
  • Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to develop and communicate product value propositions, launch new features, and support product adoption.
  • Budget Management: Allocate and manage the marketing budget to ensure maximum ROI on campaigns and initiatives.

 

Pre-Requisites

  • Must be eligible to obtain or maintain U.S. Government clearances

Minimum Requirements

  • 10+ Years of experience leading marketing or demand generation teams (people manager) within SaaS B2B or B2G organizations
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to employ analytical skills to the development of strategy
  • Experience developing and guiding strategy to increase lead generation and strengthen go-to-market strategies
  • Proficient in technology deployment to enable sales and marketing efforts efficiently
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of space or aerospace sectors
  • Master’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferred

Location: Remote, United States

Classification: Full-time Exempt

Salary Range: $200,000-$220,000
