Job Description:

Inside the “System and Satellite Operations” Line of Business, in Rome, in the frame of the “Program” Organization Unit, is available a “Program Office Job position” to include a young Engineer, preferable with a short experience in the program management activities, in a structured Program Office o f a large and very important Program. The activity required to the candidate is to support the Program Manager for execution of specific tasks among those in charge of the Program Office. The Space Program is related to support the Customer for all the logistic and maintenance activities of the Complex Ground Segment developed and required to manage the Customer Satellite fleet in Orbit Control activity.

Activity 

The activities in charge of the required Job position will be assigned in accordance with the specific competences and needs of the Program phases among all the activities in charge of the Program Office. Among the other we can remark the following :

Program Planning  and supervision Technical activity execution and completion Service Performances monitoring and  evaluation Service reporting and anomaly management Risk mitigation Programs criticalities handling with the support of the Company specialized entities: Legal, Trade, Procurement, Health & Safety and so on.

Requirements

• Junior Engineer with Degree in Engineering Aerospace, Aeronautical or Electrical

• It’s preferred if a short experience is already achieved

• Strong interest to be involved in the Program Management

• Knowledge of English language

• It is required the knowledge and to have deep familiarity with Microsoft Office SW packet and all the relevant specific programs.

• It’s very appreciated knowledge of Database tool and the related most important operations

• No restriction or concern to work in a Military Program
