Opportunity:

This is a part-time position, 3 days per week.

As an Administration Assistant, you will be part of our administration team working in our Corporate Office in the Centre of London. Your primary purpose is to provide secretarial and administrative support to our London Based Management. You will also support the reception area.

Responsibilities:

  • To manage inboxes and emails and responding as required.
  • To review, monitor and produce expense reports.
  • To book and co-ordinate travel both nationally and internationally.
  • To co-ordinate, attend and support NG Company events.
  • To support to other members of the Administration team when required, including covering for holiday.
  • To provide reception cover s including managing visitors and access to the building; maintaining the on-line conference room booking diary; setting up of meeting rooms and ordering lunches/couriers/transport.

Salary £26,000 - £33,000 (This is the FTE salary and will be pro-rate'd for 3 days)

We are looking for:

  • Relevant experience in a similar role
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels.
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Computer Literacy especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using SAP Concur preferable, but not essential.

Security clearance:

You must be able to gain and maintain the security clearance / relevant UK Government security clearance in line with the job role (SC). Our requirement team is on hand to answer any questions, and we will guide you through the process: talentenquiries@uk.ngc.com.
