Job description
Duties
- Lead strategy development and implementation of administrative support services, morale and welfare services, and directives management for the center.
- Lead strategic engagement and integration functions with other offices, such as Office of Communications, Office of Science, Technology, Engineering and Math Engagement, Office of Legislative and International Affairs and Strategic Partnerships.
- Coordinate and schedule customer and stakeholder meetings and briefings, maintain and, as necessary, develop selected reports to assist senior level staff with the management of tasks and projects.
- You will exercise supervisory authority through subordinate supervisors and employees associated with assigning, reviewing, and evaluating work. This includes performing first line and second level supervisory duties.
- Promote positive and strategic relationship with the Langley Alumni Association, to include administrative support for badging and meeting management onsite.
- Ensure effective delivery of the Glenn-Langley Administrative Support Services (GLASS) contract for Langley and Glenn.
- Perform a full range of supervisory duties which includes assigning and evaluating work; recommending personnel actions; taking disciplinary actions; and identifying training needs and developing employees.

Qualifications
To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level:
- Leading a blended workforce (civil servants and contractors) to deliver administrative support services and exchange/morale activities;
- Integrating strategic engagement functions across multiple organizations; and
- Managing processes to creating and/or modify organization-wide policies/procedures/practices.
