The Sr. Manager, GTM Enablement will ensure the success of Maxar’s GTM teams (International Government, Enterprise, and U.S. Government) by leading a team to develop and implement high-impact enablement initiatives and resources that align with knowledge/skills gaps and business needs. They will ensure Maxar’s GTM teams have the knowledge, skills, tools and resources they need across the entirety of the sales process to succeed and meet goals. They will focus primarily on product enablement, sales methodology, new hire onboarding, system and platform implementation, and other enablement needs.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a GTM Enablement team to build, deliver, and measure the success of enablement initiatives that support the success of a dynamic GTM team (International Government, ID&I, Enterprise, Commercial, US Government.)
Oversee the enhancement, maintenance and support of the existing new hire onboarding for GTM, ensuring alignment with specific roles, regions and GTM focuses.
Build a product enablement framework that is effective and replicable that supports learning, understanding, and application to enable all GTM teams to sell to and support customers in relation to Maxar’s existing and new products.
Leverage CRM data (Win Rate, Deal Size, length of sales cycle) to shape training initiatives to address sales inefficiencies and/or knowledge gaps.
Own the implementation of MEDDPICC across the GTM pillars, ensuring adoption and effectiveness.
Co-own the annual Sales Kickoff with Marketing, and own other in-person GTM training events that align with GTM Enablement strategy.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Sales, Post-Sales, Product Management, Regional Marketing, Product Marketing, etc. to maintain alignment of enablement initiatives with the broader business.
Strategically align with GTM GMs and VPs to ensure initiatives are supporting at a global and GTM pillar specific level.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years in a Sales/GTM Enablement role or parallel function.
Minimum 3 years leading a dynamic and global GTM/Sales Enablement function.
Knowledge of modern sales enablement techniques, frameworks, platforms, etc.
Knowledge of adult learning concepts such as Bloom’s Taxonomy and the Kirkpatrick Model.
Proven ability to deliver effective GTM Enablement to global teams focusing in both government and commercial sectors.
Ability to apply sales enablement techniques and frameworks in a highly technical environment with complex product offerings and customer needs.
Proven track record of successfully aligning Enablement to GTM and business results.
Experience implementing and supporting the adoption of a sales methodology.
Experience as an admin for a content management system (CMS), Highspot a plus.
Experience rolling out new products and features from an Enablement perspective.
Competent in Salesforce or other CRM.
Competent in Rise360 or other eLearning authoring platform.
Proven track record of leading and coaching senior and junior team members to drive professional growth.
