ispace Technologies, US. located in Centennial Colorado is looking for a highly motivated and talented General Administrator to join its new team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the GA Budget - Work with finance to coordinate and plan needs
- Support office needs though ordering of supplies, snacks, general items
- Support onboarding of new employees through ordering physical equipment (ie desks, chairs, etc.)
- Book and maintain meeting rooms for business team meetings, all-hands meetings, and trainings
- General office maintenance in conjunction with facilities
- Support US office-wide communications for events and special projects
- Work in conjunction with HR and other departments to plan office events and parties
- Manage events calendar
- Order lunches for large/extended group trainings and meetings
- Communication with HQ as needed on behalf of the US office
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Experience
- Strong competency in MS Office Suite including Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong work tenure: 2-5 years of experience in general office support
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required . We will consider an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced design and development environment
- Schedule may vary depending on program development needs; flexibility required
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary based upon experience - $90,000 - $110,000. The salary range posted is a targeted range for budget of position. Base compensation can be negotiated and will be commensurate with experience, skills, education, and training.
