As a Financial Analyst- Level 3 (Principal) or 4 (Senior Principal), located in Chandler, AZ you'll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one.
This position can be filled at either a Level 3 or 4.
In this job, you will:
Active participation in program Earned Value in compliance to CPR/IPMR data reporting requirements; Facilitate preparation of earned value deliverables ensuring compliance, timeliness and accuracy
Managing baseline efforts, and support efforts for Initial Baseline Reviews (IBR’s) with customers
Preparing EACs to include earned value analysis, hands-on EAC updates, and revisions
Supporting the monthly financial forecasting process to include analysis and recommendations on awards, sales, operating margin, and cash
Preparation and presentation of financial data to internal and external customers, including variance analysis and forecasts
Internal and External support of compliance audits
Support pricing, proposal activities and contract negotiations
Cash Management to ensure timely invoicing and collections
Collaborating with cross-functional partners including Operations, Engineering and Program Management
Balancing multiple projects and prioritize
Maintain the highest level of commitment to quality, compliance and internal controls in adherence to company values and ethics
Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
Level 3: Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3+ years of professional experience
Level 4: Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 6+ years of professional experience
Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Experience in finance, accounting or program control
Expertise with Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Earned Value and financial reporting on a variety of contract types
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
Ability to communicate financial/program information efficiently within a matrix organization
Experience with SPFP financial forecasting system & COBRA earned value management system
Understanding of US Government procurement and contracting, Cost Accounting Standards, and FAR
Prior experience in the aerospace and defense industry

Salary Range: $78,700.00 - $118,100.00Salary Range 2: $98,100.00 - $147,100.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
