Job description
Duties
- Assigns Program/Project Support staff across all Division managed efforts. Communicates to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actions, milestones, program issues under review, deadlines and time frames for completion.
- Facilitates provisioning of computing equipment and identity management software environments that includes activities allowing non-NASA credentialed employeesβ access to the NASA CNE and EHPD shared-computing capabilities.
- Serves as the Identity Management System and NASA Academic Mission Services (NAMS) workflow coordinator for all personnel and EHPD reimbursable personnel and coordinates the implementation of a EHPD software environment tools and capabilities.
- Leads the EHPD participation in the Center Workforce Exercise and follow up activities, developing bottom-up workforce plan verification and coordinating with all program/project functional leads.
- Serves as the Program Analysis and Control (PAAC) Task Monitor. Coordinates EHPD Help Desk functions, networks engineering, applications development and Center IT regulation compliance work.
- Facilitates all computing and communications activity for a work force that is operating in a largely teleworking environment with a smaller support effort required for on-site personnel.
- Approves government bankcard purchases, and reconciliations for EHPD.
- Leads the EHPD in analyzing and coordinating all housing needs and space planning activities on a continual basis. Serves as the GSFC building Facilities Operation Manager: participate in the Annual Safety Reviews, drills and mitigation activities.

Qualifications
To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level:
- Planning, executing and managing small to medium sized administrative projects;
- Implementing policies and procedures applicable to administrative and facility management;
- Providing support service contracts scope, applicability and monitoring processes and procedures.

To be eligible, you must have completed a minimum of 52 weeks in a position no more than 1 grade lower than the advertised position.
