Role description

At Pixxel, we’re on a mission to build a health monitor for the planet, and we’re searching for a Graphic Designer to help shape how the world perceives us. As an integral part of our Brand and Communications team, you’ll translate ideas into bold, impactful designs that enhance Pixxel’s presence across social media, presentations, merchandise, and more.

You’ll have the creative freedom to make your mark, and your work will play a central role in defining our visual identity and driving engagement as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing teams to brainstorm creative concepts, visual strategies, and design solutions that effectively convey Pixxel’s mission and messaging across platforms.
• Refresh and refine brand elements, including typography, iconography, templates, and assets, to maintain Pixxel’s evolving identity.
• Design creative merchandise such as mission patches, stickers, and branded items for campaigns and launches, and the Pixxel merch store.
• Create a wide range of assets for social media campaigns, website visuals, reports, banners, infographics, mood boards, brochures, white papers, email templates and more.
• Design branded presentations tailored for marketing, investor relations, client engagement, and internal communication.
• Produce event promotional materials, including flyers, backdrops, posters, trade banners, brochures, and booth graphics to elevate Pixxel’s presence at exhibitions and conferences.

 

Required Skills and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience and a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects across various mediums.
• A deep understanding of branding, typography, and design principles, along with a keen awareness of visual trends and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Express and Figma). Additional design software proficiencies are a plus.
• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales.
• Thorough quality checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Experience in motion graphics or 3D design is a plus but not required.
