WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:
The mission, should you choose to accept it, is to source and select the best talent possible. Part of the People & Culture team, you will be one of several recruitment experts, the go-to people to provide specialist recruitment support and talent pipeline. We’re looking for an experienced recruitment expert with a knack for working with the technically minded. We’re a business full of analytical and inquisitive minds, so you will need great commercial acumen and communication skills to influence outcomes. Your commerciality and creativity will enable you to think outside the box to provide pragmatic, sustainable and cost-effective solutions.

Day to day you will:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to devise recruitment strategies for high-volume technical IT software roles.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from posting ads to extending offers.
- Utilise recruitment tools to track candidate progress and maintain accurate data.
- Foster relationships with candidates and stakeholders while contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years' recruitment experience with proficiency in proactive sourcing and exceptional relationship building.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills coupled with the ability to prioritize conflicting demands and meet ambitious deadlines.
- Proactive, highly autonomous, and adaptable to ambiguity and change while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Demonstrated mentorship and training abilities, with openness to on-site collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
THESE QUALIFICATIONS WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE:
- Recruiting experience in Software, IT, Finance favourable
- Greenhouse, Workday exposure favourable
- Tertiary HR qualification or equivalent preferred
