What will you do in this role?

Join our IT team and make a direct impact on the success of our employees! As an IT Analyst, you'll be the go-to person for resolving technical issues and empowering our talented colleagues to do their best work. You'll collaborate with a distributed team to provide exceptional support, troubleshoot problems, and contribute to innovative solutions that benefit the entire company.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional end-user support: Resolve technical issues for employees, prioritizing excellent customer service and timely communication.
• Manage IT incidents and requests: Efficiently handle user requests, incidents, and service requests through ticketing systems, ensuring SLAs are met.
• Train and educate users: Onboard new users and provide ongoing training on IT systems, applications, and best practices.
• Contribute to IT documentation: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of processes, solutions, and user guides to improve knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Required :

• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
• Proven background in IT support with at least 3 years of experience in a service/help desk team
• Good knowledge of operating systems  (Windows, Linux OR macos)
• Experience with any ticketing system, e.g., JIRA Service Desk or ServiceNow.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred:

• Experience in managing Atlassian products like JIRA and Confluence.
• Basic to intermediate Linux Operating System knowledge.
• Script writing skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python, and experience with automating processes.
• Experience in managing relationships with other departments with their IT needs
• Experience with mobile device management platforms such as AirWatch (Workspace ONE), Jamf, MobileIron, Microsoft InTune or similar.

• Base salary range for this position is contingent on your experience level, and will be negotiated individually
