We are now looking for a People and Culture consultant to help support across the enterprise, assisting in delivering high-quality P&C services and strategic advice to the programs and operational excellence business units. This role works closely with P&C Business Partners and business leaders to implement strategies, support HRIS systems and ensure the consistent application of policies and procedures.  

 

Your Role 

  • Support stakeholders on key P&C disciplines, including talent acquisition, HRIS management, P&C projects, reporting and analytics, ensuring actions drive business performance.  

  • Provide advice in relation to Employee Relation matters 

  • Support and oversee HR/IR case management ensuring fair and compliant outcomes 

  • Continuously develop personal P&C expertise to deliver high-impact, innovative solutions.  

  • Provide guidance on remuneration and benefits, Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation, employee reward and recognition frameworks, policy interpretation and application to continually improve processes.  

  • Implement and provide career development and retention support to benefit both employees and NGA. 

 

About You 

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.  

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering P&C advice in a business/commercial environment 

  • Proven experience in ER case management, industrial relations and the application of enterprise agreements.  

  • Strong ability to build and maintain interpersonal relationships with key stakeholders, with the ability to communicate clear P&C advice.  

  • The ability to maintain discretion, exercise strict confidentiality and deal with ambiguity and complexity within the organisation.  

  • Defence or airline experience is desirable, but not essential to succeed in the position.
