Missions

Candidate shall guarantee to customers the right quality level for materials and processes used to manufactured internal or procured hardware and units on space programs :

  • Perform Materials and Processes Control Board for internal or procured units, or satellite or spacecraft level or manned modules
  • Review and validation of materials and processes qualification on internal or procured units
  • Drafting of Declared Materials and Processes Lists for internal units.
  • Review and validation of Declared Materials and Processes Lists for procured units
  • Support to internal customers (program PA, unit PA or manufacturing PA) on materials and processes Non-Conformance or anomalies management.
  • Contribution to NRB
  • Contribution to Inquiry Boards and Alert Steering Comitees

Skills / Experiences

  • Technologies knowledge: metallurgy, welding, surface treatment, composites, adhesive bonding, painting, additive manufacturing, etc ..
  • Quality Assurance or Industrial Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of ECSS normative standards and especially on ECSS-Q-ST-70-XX standards for technologies, materials and processes
  • Knowledge of ESA or NASA requirements for manned programs

Education :

Engineer or PhD in Materials, Technologies, Physics ...

Experience in position : Preferable

Language 1 : English Rating : Fluent

Position specificity :

Mission in Italy, in Europe et North America.
