Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Space Systems is looking for a Manager, Programs 2 - Cooperative Development Coordinator to support the Glide Phase Interceptor Program within the Launch Vehicles business unit in Chandler, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- System Engineering and Programmatic Coordination with international co-development partners
- Coordinate regular technical interchanges with international partners and government customers
- Preparation and execution of coordination group meetings between NG and international partner teams
- Drive IPTs to ensure proper technical collaboration with international partner
- Perform Technical Advisor role to ensure Export Compliance policies are followed
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline from an accredited university and 9 years of related experience or a Master’s degree in a STEM discipline and 7 years of experience, or a PhD and 4 years of experience.
- Must have an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope
- Experience with System Engineering, missile propulsion systems, and/or electro-mechanical actuator systems
- Travel 25% of the time (domestic and international)
- Fluent in Japanese language and culture
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree: Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical is preferred
