As part of the Electronic and Software Systems department of the company, you will be part of the TM/TC (Telemetry and telecommand) team which develops the subsystems responsible for the communication with the launcher.
Responsibilities
Tasks and missions
This internship focuses on designing, producing, and characterizing a Test-Hat antenna qualification system to support the integration phase of the launch vehicle.
Key missions include:
- Define and specify qualification requirements in collaboration with the TM/TC team
- Draft detailed test procedures for system validation
- Design mechanical and RF components using RF principles and CAD tools
- Prototype and test the system, ensuring performance aligns with project specifications
- Identify and qualify suitable equipment for the antenna system
During this internship, you will gain experience in:
- Specifying qualification methods for aerospace systems
- Developing and drafting technical test procedures
- Designing mechanical and RF equipment, using RF theory and CAD software
- Hands-on prototyping and testing processes for aerospace applications
- Equipment identification and qualification in an engineering context
