IT Manager

What You’ll Do:

As the IT Manager you will lead our dynamic IT team. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical solutions and team development. Position Responsibilities: 

• Manage, mentor, and develop a growing IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

• Oversee the onboarding and training processes, ensuring smooth integration of new team members and stakeholders.

• Manage IT budgets for licenses and hardware, negotiating with vendors to maximize cost savings.

• Conduct audits to assess application usage and eliminate redundancies.

• Implement and manage IAM solutions, including provisioning, automation, and SSO/SAML/SCIM setups.

• Develop RBAC policies to enhance security and streamline user access.

• Oversee device management.

• Lead IT project planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

•  Partner with Information Security to implement corporate security initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

• Provide escalation support for various platforms

• Manage and optimize IT service management tools

Pre-Requisites

• Must be eligible to obtain or maintain US Government Security Clearance

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT management, with hands-on technical experience across diverse industries.

• Proficient in cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud) and SaaS operations.

Compensation Details: $155,000 - $187,469
