What You’ll Do:
As the IT Manager you will lead our dynamic IT team. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between technical solutions and team development. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both startup and corporate environments and is passionate about fostering innovation and efficiency in IT operations.

Position Responsibilities:

Manage, mentor, and develop a growing IT team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Oversee the onboarding and training processes, ensuring smooth integration of new team members and stakeholders.

Manage IT budgets for licenses and hardware, negotiating with vendors to maximize cost savings.

Conduct audits to assess application usage and eliminate redundancies.

Implement and manage IAM solutions, including provisioning, automation, and SSO/SAML/SCIM setups.

Develop RBAC policies to enhance security and streamline user access.

Oversee device management.

Lead IT project planning and implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Partner with Information Security to implement corporate security initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Provide escalation support for various platforms

Manage and optimize IT service management tools
Pre-Requisites
-
Must be eligible to obtain or maintain US Government Security Clearance
Minimum Requirements
-
Minimum 15 years of experience in IT management, with hands-on technical experience across diverse industries.

Proficient in cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud) and SaaS operations.

Location: Remote, United States
Compensation Details: $155,000 - $187,469
