Zephyr stage 0 qualification tests will begin by mid-2025. The team in charge of the qualification campaign needs to be reinforced to set up all the documentation, planning, and equipment required for the campaign. All this preparation work must be done before the beginning of the tests campaign.

Responsibilities

Tasks and missions

During this internship, the intern will be supervised by the test campaign manager. As a test campaign assistant, the intern will have to:

  • Analyze the S0 tests requirements coming from the technical authorities: mechanical, propulsion and avionics departments
  • Understand and concatenate all the technical specifications and tests objectives coming from the system teams
  • Elaborate an operations plan and break it down a planning
  • Analyze the need of tests equipment and supply them
  • Write the tests sheets
  • Write the tests procedures
  • Write and code the automatics sequences
  • Assist the test campaign manager on the supervision of the S0 integration

During this internship, the intern will acquire skills and knowledge such as:

  • Project management
  • Operations management / coordination
  • Technical management of a team
  • Mechanical design
  • Fluids process design
  • Electrical system design
  • Automation and regulation

Preferred experience and skills

Education: engineering school - 3rd year; aeronautic or aerospace program

Technical skills: mechanical engineering, fluids engineering, control command engineering.

Soft skills: diplomacy, adaptability, attention to details, teamwork, planning, prioritizing, collaborative
