Job Description
The current maintenance approach for the test benches relies on "curative maintenance." Maintaining our test benches, and soon our S0 installations, will be essential to keep them operational. The rotativity and celerity test benches must remain functional until ZF0015, requiring regular maintenance. Maintenance of S0 installations will also be needed following the combined tests and the first flight.
This internship aims to establish a recurring maintenance process.
Responsibilities
Tasks and missions
The intern, under the supervision of the team manager, will:
- Analyze the current maintenance methodology and perform a trade-off analysis
- Identify maintenance requirements for all components from supplier manuals
- Review equipment feedback(RETEX) to optimize maintenance frequency
- Develop a periodic maintenance plan for the rotativity and celerity test benches
- Create a maintenance schedule for the S0 installations
- Oversee the spare parts supply plan
- Develop a cost-optimization program
- Establish a quality assurance methodology
Throughout this internship, the intern will gain experience and skills in:
- Maintenance management
- Spare parts management
- Quality management
- Scheduling and planning
Preferred experience and skills
- Education: Engineering student (Bachelor level), with a focus in aeronautics or aerospace
- Technical skills: Mechanical engineering, fluid dynamics, control and command engineering
- Soft skills: Diplomacy, adaptability, attention to detail, cooperation, planning, prioritization, teamwork
