As a Configuration Analyst for the Mk21A Program you will be responsible for:
• Preparing metrics and various status reports
• Reviewing change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies
• Establishing change orders and preparing change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor personnel
• Understanding of Security Classification Guidelines and ability to apply them to data products, and review markings for compliance
• Reviewing and analyzing released engineering change data and coordinating changes with Engineering, Quality, Support, Manufacturing, and engineering data control
Basic Qualifications:
• Configuration Management skills on sophisticated systems including one or more of the following: Engineering Release, Product Identification, Change Control, Status Accounting, As-Designed/As-Built, Verification/Audit
• PTC Windchill software or other Enterprise Product Data Management (PDM) systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Analytical skills to follow and understand relationships of hardware and software systems
• Good business acumen, to understand the broad picture of government contracting and the defense industry standards
Desired Skills:
• Experience in Systems Engineering processes
• Experience facilitating change boards and multi-discipline reviews
• Experience with classified markings/data handling/data transfers
• Knowledge of and/or experience with Data Management: scheduling, tracking and submitting data and working with data repositories
• SharePoint or other workgroup collaboration tools
• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, excellent social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while creating excellent relationships with team members
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
