Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Control the efficient flow of goods, services, and information between points of origin through customer placement in order to meet customer requirements
Responsible for submitting Receipts of Material into SAP
Compile and maintain material and parts inventory and status information to expedite movement of material and parts between production areas, according to predetermined production schedules and order priorities
Provide packaging instructions to ensure equipment is properly packed and wrapped according to specifications
Assist with Equipment Control, Disposition, and Calibration
Perform physical count, cycle count and periodic material inventory verification
Validate material received, verify part number, and check discrepancy, such as damage or unmarked material
Record and maintain inventory of quantity and type of materials and parts received, stocked, and distributed, manually or using computer
Expedite or delegate critical material (Requisition creation, Po-issuance, Delivery and Receipts internal material movement)
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a HS Degree or GED with 4 years of experience in related field
Experience working with Hardware Databases and Tools
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Proficient in SAP
Knowledge of JISIG
Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
BA + 1 Years of experience in related field
Working Knowledge of FARS/DFARS
HAZMAT Certified
Forklift Certified
Knowledge of NISPOM
Experience with B2 Asset Tracker
Active Security Clearance
