Job Description
As part of our rapid growth and to support the company's evolution, you will report to the Industrial Directorate, with a primary mission to manufacture, inspect, and integrate electrical harnesses for test equipment and the Zephyr launcher.
Responsibilities
Tasks and missions
- Manufacture electrical harnesses according to designs and specifications provided by the design team, ensuring continuous quality control.
- Inspect received electrical harnesses from subcontractors to ensure they meet our standards and specifications.
- Support the AIT (Assembly, Integration, and Testing) team in mounting and integrating electrical harnesses, as well as cabling equipment and subsystems on the Zephyr launcher.
- Modify existing electrical harnesses as necessary to meet evolving requirements during the Zephyr launcher’s development.
- Select tools and machinery needed for serial production of electrical harnesses, in collaboration with the industrial team, while considering technical and budgetary constraints.
- Advise the design team to ensure compatibility between harness design and production throughout the prototyping phase and serial production for continuous improvement.
Preferred experience and skills
- Degree or certification as an Aeronautical Harness Assembler, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in the aerospace sector.
- Proven expertise in the manufacturing, inspection, and integration of onboard electrical harnesses.
- Solid knowledge of aeronautical standards and quality requirements specific to the aerospace industry.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in written English is essential; spoken English is a plus.
