EchoStar has an exciting opportunity for a Wireline Service Specialist in our Hughes Network Systems division. Hughes’ North American Division Service Management Team, working alongside other team members to provide data and financial analysis, manage costs and maintain vendor relationships for services sold to downstream customers. This position will be located at our headquarters in Germantown, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Data analysis and automation of monthly invoices to ensure match against contract and inventory records
• Reviewing/processing invoices for leased services
• Develop and generate high-level reporting on OpEx trends with selected telecom vendors
• Work with telecom, hardware and software vendor account teams to document escalation contacts and procedures, identify current product portfolios, and document for group discussion areas of dispute
• Coordinate (and when applicable, lead) quarterly vendor program reviews
• Manage vendor contract renewals
• Work with technical leads to document selected processes for training purposes and ad hoc reports regarding spend for further analysis
• Develop documentation are various internal processes

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, finance, accounting or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong excel and analytical skills with good attention to detail
• Must be able to work with telecom vendors and understand telco data
• Basic Financial Skills
• Familiarity with Tablaeu
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or other collaborative communications technology
• Data Science skills including Python, AWS, Database design,
• Intermediate-level proficiency with MicroSoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint,
• Basic Proficiency with Salesforce

Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance.

Compensation Range

Annual Salary: $53,500.00 - $67,000.00
