Lockheed Martin is looking for a dedicated Systems Integrator to become a member of the Mk21A Requirements and Modeling Team. The Systems Integrator will be responsible for coordination between ATLO and SEIT, overseeing test activities, and ensuring all requirements/product selloff.

As a Systems Integrator, you will:

o Perform systems/hardware integration, test planning and implementation

o Be the technical owner for requirement and verification definition

o Act as primary Liaison between ATLO and Systems to ensure requirements selloff

o Act as primary Liaison with specialty engineering to assist certifying the products

o Assist in program test planning and coordination with AF

o Support program milestones such as design reviews, technical interchange meetings, etc

o Support customer-led working groups as the primary integration POC and communicate necessary actions internally
Basic Qualifications:
Knowledge and application of Systems Engineering processes and one or more Systems Integration functions including:

a.) System trade studies and/or System modelingt

b.) Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development

c.) System design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Propulsion, RF, Software, etc.)

d.) System Integration, Test and/or Verification

e.) Test planning and implementation with an understanding of all the interdependencies

f.) Design reviews
Desired Skills:
• Ability to absorb extensive technical detail and logically formulate solutions for execution on an inflexible schedule, often requiring integration of conflicting and, at times, incomplete data

• Experience ensuring the physical and functional compatibility of hardware/software products throughout the full lifecycle of the program

• Ability to interact with CPEs/hardware and software developers to ensure mission requirements are satisfied

• Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations

• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker; selects and applies appropriate systems thinking skills to solve very complex problems and implement constructive change

• Significant technical experience doing requirements development, Integration and Test of missiles

• Breadth of knowledge and work experience implementing Assembly, Test & Launch Operations(ATLO) standard methodologies and lessons learned

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
