We’re looking to expand our team across the board.
We are looking for a skilled Program Manager to lead the development and execution of our critical programs. In this role, you will oversee scheduling, costs, and technical performance for multiple programs, ensuring successful outcomes from start to finish. The Program Manager will manage budgets, proposals, business plans, and contracts while serving as the primary contact for day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for building strategic relationships within the industry to drive continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and adherence to program scope.
- Collaborate across departments, including Contracts, Supply Chain, Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Production, and Finance, to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with contractual commitments.
- Effectively communicate workstreams to senior leadership and customers.
- Manage contract changes by clearly outlining the scope, schedule, and cost implications.
- Oversee multiple programs simultaneously, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Identify and assess program risks, communicating mitigation strategies to senior leadership.
- Work closely with customers on proposals, contracts, reviews, and technical performance milestones.
- Deliver engaging presentations and foster strong interpersonal relationships with customers, with the ability to tactfully manage expectations.
- Lead full-lifecycle satellite development, from initial proposal to payload integration and launch.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, science, or a related technical field (a business degree with aerospace or production experience may be considered).
- 6+ years of experience as a program manager, preferably in aerospace or a related field.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a proactive approach to managing complex projects.
- Must be eligible for and able to maintain U.S. security clearance.
