Your mission
You will be an integral part of our existing Talent team of twelve people, reporting directly to our VP People. Additionally, you will lead a team of three People Operations Specialists.
More specifically, you will:
- Support and lead the People Operations team in day-to-day operations.
- Actively contribute with your expert knowledge in the areas of operational HR and payroll.
- Own and optimize our current processes and tools (HiBob), ensuring they are supported and constantly improved by you and your team.
- Own the responsibility for setting up and executing operational processes such as onboarding, document and data management, and our HR Ticketing Service (Jira).
- Actively shape and administer HR metrics according to business requirements, ensuring the data is relevant and actionable.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives across our different sites, ensuring they meet compliance standards.
- Oversee the compensation cycles across the company.
- Maintain close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and partners, fostering strong working relationships.
- Provide HR KPIs to management, maintaining them with a robust analytical skill set to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with works councils to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Who you are and what you have
- Master's degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 10 years of work experience in the People Operations field, with proven experience working with works councils.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Highly proactive with a passion for People Operations.
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent organizational skills to effectively plan and manage work, respond to conflicting demands, and prioritize appropriately.
- Enjoy working in a fast-changing international environment with challenges that foster growth.
- Fluent in English and German.
