Working in the Supply Chain Team

The supply chain team is the backbone of our Operations. Initiating, expediting and closing Procurement of various subsystems and services, moving satellites and equipment across the world, managing the supply of key components and materials. We achieve this cutting edge technology and maximise services capabilities by partnering with world-class partners and suppliers to deliver ongoing projects  and future ones which will help deliver our customer missions. 

What You’ll Be Doing? 

Strategic Sourcing Master: Craft and implement cutting-edge procurement strategies for satellite subsystems—think innovative payloads, propulsion technologies, and advanced communication modules.

Supplier Relationship Architect: Forge and nurture dynamic relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts that not only meet our needs but exceed expectations in quality and performance.

Collaboration Connoisseur: Work hand-in-hand with our brilliant engineering, project management, and quality assurance teams to ensure procurement aligns perfectly with project goals.

Market Explorer: Dive into market research to discover new suppliers and stay ahead of industry trends—your insights will keep us on the cutting edge!

Risk Mitigator Extraordinaire: Identify and tackle potential risks within the supply chain, implementing smart contingency plans that ensure smooth sailing.

Performance Guru: Develop and track KPIs that drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and supplier performance, making us more agile and effective.

What You Need to Shine? 

• Experience: Background in procurement, with a strong focus on satellite subsystems or aerospace components.
• Technical Savvy: A solid grasp of satellite systems and subsystems, along with the ability to navigate technical specifications like a pro.
• Communication Wizard: Exceptional negotiation skills paired with the ability to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders—your words will open doors!
• Analytical Whiz: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
• Proactive Spirit: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
