Duties
- Advocate for program/project funding and working with internal/external stakeholders to define project needs, budget, and scheduling.
- Participate in procurement process to acquire design and/or construction services.
- Provide oversight and work with project managers in the execution of facilities projects.
- Coordinate with Master Planners/Planning Consultants and local stakeholders to determine the needs of the Center/NASA.
- Develop and execute Master Plan processes through Construction of Facilities (CoF) Programs and/or Demolition Programs.
- Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, inclusiveness, excellence and innovation. Champion NASA's commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility to create an environment that promotes a commitment to safety, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications
To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level:
- Managing or advising on program/projects in one or more of the following phases: planning, designing, or construction;
- Working with internal/external stakeholders to procure funding for a program/project;
- Providing program management through all phases of a facilities project.

This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
