What will you do in this role? 

Your focus will initially be on environmental management and ESG data collection and reporting. As the company grows and embraces new business areas, you will be able to grow in your role and take on new responsibilities in sustainability management.

Your tasks may include: 

  • Assisting in the development and implementation of our environmental management system and action plans
  • Supporting environmental risk assessments and due diligence processes in the countries where ICEYE operates
  • Working closely with different departments and subsidiaries worldwide to advance sustainable operating practices and compliance with environmental regulations
  • Supporting the calculation of GHG emissions and the implementation of company-wide emission reduction targets
  • Gathering sustainability data across the organization and supporting sustainability reporting in accordance with the CSRD, UNGC CoP, and other relevant ESG frameworks
  • Answering investor and customer inquiries about sustainability
  • Drafting sustainability related documents and reports
  • Coordinating community initiatives and employee volunteering activities to drive positive social impact.

Requirements

  • You have 1-3 years of  experience in environmental management and/or ESG reporting
  • You are familiar with relevant ESG frameworks and regulations (e.g.  CSRD/ESRS, EU Taxonomy, ISSB, CDP, GHG Protocol, SBTi, CBAM, REACH, RoHS), with a willingness to continue learning
  • You are able to collect and manage data in an organized manner
  • You have excellent cooperation, communication and execution skills, with a proactive mindset and the ability to get things done efficiently
  • You are comfortable with working in English and in a fast-paced international business environment.

  • Base salary range for this position is 3600-4500 euros per month (gross) contingent on your experience level, and will be negotiated individually.
