What is the role? 

The Accounts Payable Accountant manages the day-to-day accounts payable processes for several ICEYE entities by ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and maintaining financial records. You will be the key user for the purchase invoice tool Rillion (Palette) and ERP system Netsuite.

Daily tasks will include:

  • Posting, circulation and recording of purchase invoices
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders
  • Maintaining payables mailboxes and scanning invoices from scanning tool
  • Updating rules and adding new users to system
  • AP’s month-end closing process together with AP Manager
  • Close cooperation and communication with internal stakeholders. Mostly Sourcing and Group Accounting teams
  • System and process development

Recruitment Process

  • TA screening (30mins)
  • HM screening (60mins)
  • Global Corporate Controller screening (60mins)
  • CFO screening (30mins)

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Accounts Payables experience
  • Fluent verbal and written English
  • Bachelor of Business Administration degree or equivalent 
  • Ability and desire to learn and take responsibility quickly
  • Proactive problem solver
  • Team player with the ability to work individually as well
  • Good communication skills
  • Attention to details and good organizational skills

In addition to the above, it would be beneficial if you had the below attributes and skills:

  • Netsuite and/or Rillion experience
  • Experience from international organization
