If you can multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you should join the FBM team in Cape Canaveral, Florida as the new Lead Financial Analyst. This role provides the opportunity to lead a team of financial analysts responsible for Earned Value Management and proposal functions to ensure the program meets its financial commitments.
In this role:
• You will lead effectively across all business functions ensuring that the F&BO team completes all necessary reporting requirements, while supporting all financial needs as it relates to the Common Missile Compartment program leadership
• You will review and coordinate Monthly Electronic Variance Reports (EVAR) Summary Reports as well as review monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reports with Resource Analysts prior to archiving
• You will be responsible for coordination of monthly diagnostics, including taking corrective action
• You will load and maintain budgets in EVM tool (Cobra) and claim performance Budget Cost of Work Performed (BCWP) monthly
• You will utilize the EVM system to measure cost and schedule performance, as well as, prepare variance reports on a monthly basis
• You will prepare presentations for upper management and customers on a weekly, monthly and bi-monthly basis (as required)
• You will prepare yearly Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEACs)
• You will assist with proposals and preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOE's) for both labor and Non-Labor inputs
Typical minimums to be successful will include a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and 5-9 years of professional experience in a similar field.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Masters degree from an accredited college or equivalent years of experience/ combined education or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of EVM or Program Performance Management experience
• If selected, you will need to obtain a SECRET clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.
Desired Skills:
• Master’s degree
• Experience with SAP and COBRA.
• Previous experience working on defense contracts
• Previous experience working projects with resource loaded Integrated Master Schedules.
• Prior knowledge of Fleet Ballistic Missile program
• Prior contracts experience
• Prior proposal preparation experience

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
