Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced Ground Technician to join our team in Chantilly, VA.

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide daily facility grounds team support
• Perform seasonally scheduled daily tasks ranging from operation of snow and ice removal from equipment to leaf and debris removal
• Preventative maintenance on grounds equipment
• Diagnose common issues and implementing simple repairs on a wide variety of small equipment
• Strong safety minded approach to all tasks assigned

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.  A final Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) U.S. Security Clearance with a Counterintelligence Polygraph Post-Start is required.

Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 1+ years' experience performing grounds maintenance
• Capable of lifting 35lbs on a frequent basis

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Experience working with a Government customer

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
