Hourly: $25.00-$40.00
Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

We’re looking to expand our team across the board.

We are seeking a full-time Assembly, Integration & Test Technician with a focus in harnessing. Primary responsibilities will be soldering, crimping, shield terminations, encapsulation and complex harness repair operations as needed.  Building both Flight and non-flight aerospace harnesses.  We are looking for candidates excited about being part of a close-knit team of individuals, passionate about space systems, and have the desire to continuously learn and improve. Further responsibilities can include the inspection, assembly, integration and operational checkout of flight hardware.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience interpreting harness drawings.  
  • Comfortable operating within the Microsoft Office Suite.  
  • Proficiency: Harness build experience.  Mechanical and electrical experience a plus.
  • Communication skills (both written and oral).  
  • Mechanical aptitude: ability to utilize hand tools & precision tools.  
  • Lift and carry 50lbs.  
  • Climb ladders, stairs and work in restrictive spaces. 
 
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • A&P License  
  • IPC & J-STD Certifications (IPC 620 preferred) 
  • 2 Year Technical Degree  
  • Aerospace wire harnessing
