Vast is looking for a Sourcing Coordinator, reporting to the Manager, Sourcing, to support the development of the systems that will be required for the design and build of artificial-gravity human-rated space stations. This will be a full-time, non-exempt position located in our Long Beach location.

Responsibilities:

Manage and serve as primary point of contact for Supplier Onboarding.
Provide purchase order routing based on company purchasing authority limits.
Support indirect purchases and support business operations team.
Tackle high volume data entry and data migration Manage and drive supplier issue ticket resolution, RMA processing and billing/AP discrepancies.
Consumable procurement such as endmills, tooling for machining/additive etc.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science degree in Business or Engineering or Business-related field.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

Remarkable problem-solving skills with a bias for speed.
Quick learner and ability to prioritize appropriately to meet customer and company needs.
Excellent customer service skills.
Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to travel when needed.
Willingness to work overtime, or weekends to support critical mission milestones.

Salary Range: California

$21.79—$29.47 USD
