Responsibilities include:

• Advising Contracts and Program leadership of contractual rights, obligations, and risks.
• Participating in cross-functional LM teams to negotiate contracts.
• Performing contract administration to ensure compliance.
• Establishing and maintaining excellent customer relations, both internally and externally with U.S. and foreign customers.
• Partnering with Business Development to create compliant, winning proposals and capture new business opportunities.

This position is in one of the Coolest places to work: Denver, Colorado.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5+ years of professional experience; or 3+ years of professional experience with a Masters degree.
• Experience managing and negotiating contracts
• Experience in reviewing terms and conditions
•You will need to be a US Citizen, and able to obtain and maintain a US TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Desired Skills:
• Experience working with multiple contract types
• Experience administering all aspects of contracts including negotiations, intellectual property, and FAR/DFARS knowledge.
• Demonstrated experience with briefing leadership on program status and contractual issues.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to support and achieve business goals and a desire to help grow the business and gain efficiencies to improve program performance
• Skilled at independent learning and research
• Ability to take the lead in a team environment and provide contractual support and guidance to other program personnel
• Comfortable exercising latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments, serving as point-of-contact to the USG customer on major matters pertaining to program policies, plans, and objectives
• Professional certifications such as Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) are a plus.
• Active TS/SCI clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $74,700 - $143,100 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
