Intern Contracts Administrator (Summer 2025)

Position Overview (Summary/Objective):

Our Student Program provides amazing opportunities to develop functional job skills and gain real-world experience and expertise. We offer spring, fall and year-round internships and co-ops in fields across the company, including engineering, finance, and business development.

Currently we are seeking a SUMMER INTERN in Legal/Contracts 

 

Responsibilities:

• Contract data input/entry into SAP
• Support contract/proposal reviews
• Support Contract filing system in SharePoint
• Negotiate and administer non-disclosure agreements
• Support contract process improvement initiatives

 

Basic Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, or Pre-Law
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Analytical thinking, risk analysis, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with business systems and ERP systems

Knowledge of Government/Commercial Contracts

The position is located onsite at our facility in Danbury, CT. This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee routinely is required to use hands to keyboard, communicate, listen to, and interpret instructions and remain stationary for extended periods of the time. This would require the ability to move around the campus and occasionally move/lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
