The Nuclear Command and Control (NC3) Mission Strategy Architecture and Growth (MSAC) team within Lockheed Martin Space Strategy and Business Development is responsible for collaborating across the corporation and with government customers to chart a NC3 modernization path that dovetails into the Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) construct. This team fosters digital innovation to support rapidly evolving customer needs by demonstrating applicable new technologies based on a strong mission understanding focused on artificial intelligence, advanced protected communications and a common operating picture for command and control.
We are seeking a Business Development NC3 campaign manager to join our team in Omaha, NE, who will lead the external campaign required to move the customer from today’s NC3 acquisition paradigm into a modern architecture for the future. You will additionally lead an internal campaign to raise awareness of NC3 equities as part of Lockheed Martin’s 21st Century Security technology vision. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance & previous affiliation and/or relevant experience with Space DoD, Federal and Intelligence Communities.
In this role, you will develop an Enterprise Campaign Strategy to persuade customers to advance their acquisitions for a re-imagined, modern, reliable, and survivable NC3 system. The ideal candidate for this role should have exceptional communications skills, the ability to translate customer needs into high-level technology objectives, a solid understanding of advanced concepts and unique approaches to deliver impactful messages via white papers, demonstrations, proposals, news forums, think tanks, and other customer-facing products. You will also develop key messages that enable mission understanding of long-range objectives and strategic plans for the corporation or major division by providing internal and external strategic customer-centric communications to positively affect growth and profitability. The right candidate will be able to simplify complex technical messages to enable clear identification of customer value and insights.

• Ability to build strong internal & external networks and teams.
• Success identifying, shaping, & winning new business.
• Development & growth of new business pipelines.
• Effective use/management of New Business Acquisition Expense (NBAE).
• Success with new market penetration.
• Mastery understanding and shaping complex government acquisition organizations, Congress and the Pentagon.
Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with senior leader STRATCOM customers
• Experience creating customer contact plan that drives long range growth pipeline business
• Experience coordinating between customer requirements/needs and technology organizations to develop solutions through IRAD and/or CRAD opportunities
• TS/SCI clearance required prior to start.
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge or experience with the current NC3 systems
• Knowledge or experience with the NC3 customers or congressional advocates of NC3 modernization
• Foster the integration & collaboration across Space and/or Lockheed Martin Business Areas in adjacent NC3 missions.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
