Description:Lockheed Martin Space in Titusville, Fl is seeking an experienced full-time Systems Integration & Test Engineer for the ATLO (Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations) organization. This position will support the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Life Extension 2 (LE2) program. This position will be responsible for creating The Integrated Test Program Plan (ITPP) for the Flight Test Program, as well as integrating closely with the Test Missile Kit (TMK) Avionics subsystem and other Missile subsystems. Additionally this position will need to lead the Weapon System Integration Lab (WSIL) Test planning. This position will include becoming an official Certified Test Conductor (CTC) within ATLO.
Basic Qualifications:
• BS in Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college
• Experience in Space Vehicle/Missile Integration and Test including Electrical, EMC/EMI, and Environmental.
• Experience briefing program management.
• Must have an Active Top Secret security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Previous or present FBM experience with emphasis on Test and Verification.
• Experience with JIRA/Confluence, DOORS, Cameo, and Microsoft Suite 365.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to understand a complex issue and recommend/take corrective action.
• Open and receptive attitude of customer requirements.
• Understanding of FBM Reentry systems.
• Proficient in orchestrating the complete design process for both mechanical and electrical projects, including a comprehensive comprehension of seamless integration and rigorous testing at each stage.
• Test Engineer and/or Certified Test Conductor
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
