Description:In this role you will:
• Integrate into a new Hardware Team for a new mission
• Support daily activities regarding hardware issues
• Maintain detailed design documents to include rack drawings, component specs, and interconnect diagrams.
• Participate in Technical Reviews/Interchanges and Peer Reviews.
• Work under supervision in support of larger team goals
• Support Ad hoc tasking and stretch assignments as outlined by Program Technical Leaders
• Assist with continuous improvement, emphasize outcomes over metrics, and be a good teammate
• Work as part of a technical team of systems engineers, network engineers, system administrators, and radio frequency engineers toward a common goal
• Be comfortable in an ever-changing dynamic environment and work well in a team environment Experience with safety walk throughs and reporting
• Be able to interpret complex system requirements and vendor operating manuals
Basic Qualifications:
• Active Secret Security Clearance
• Ability to operate spectrum analyzers/network analyzers
• Ability to travel to install sites
• Experience with and knowledge of hardware installation procedures
• Previous program Experience (SBIRS or other OPIR program)
• CompTIA Security+ Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months of start date)
• Must be willing and able to support 24x7 operations

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Washington or Washington DC is $67,400 - $129,300 . Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
