We are looking for a Senior Harness Engineer.

As Harness Subsystem Engineer of space system the main activities are:

  • Support the system as harness specialist to critically review applicable requirements for Harness aspects.
  • Contribute to System Technical specifications (Harness requirements definition)
  • Prepare and maintain Harness specification and SoW for Harness manufacturing subcontractor Selection
  • Support Harness manufacturing subcontractor ITT selection, clarification, negotiation and technical follow-on.
  • Review Harness subcontractor design documentation, test procedure and reports
  • Prepare and maintain the Electrical harness EICD
  • Support in review unit’s part stress and worst case analyses.
  • Participate/manage Harness subsystem review and meetings with subcontractor
  • Support Harness subsystem requirement closure
  • Processing NCR’s, RFW’s implicating the Harness topics

Educational

Degree in Electrical Engineer or Aerospace or equivalent.

Job Experiences

Experience in electrical systems and harness development

SW knowledge

  • MS Office package (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Knowledge to use scientific/engineering tools and SW like Matlab/Simulink, MathCad, Spice, Visual Basic.
  •  Knowledge to use 3D CAD and harness routing

Languages

  • English (mandatory)
  • French (optional)

Disponibilty to short/medium business trip in Italy or abroad.
