In this role, you will:
1. Establish, coordinate, and monitor project plans to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
2. Manage office space to meet organizational efficiency needs, while considering funds and facilities.
3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure all space planning requirements are met.
4. Create furniture drawings and specifications for projects.
5. Communicating with the end user regarding schedule and possible changes.
6. Ensure that designs comply with local codes, and accessibility standards. As well as comply with company standards and policies.
7. Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
8. Work moves and tasks within LM buildings.
Basic Qualifications:
-A high level of attention to detail
-Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
-Adept in the latest space management tools and
technologies
-Previous experience in space planning or occupancy
planning
-Ability to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required)
Desired Skills:
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Interior
Design, Architectural Interiors or similar degree
-Proficient in AutoCAD
-Proficient in Tririga or similar Space Management Tools
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
