When you join our team, you’ll be part of a special collection of problem solvers, thought leaders, and innovators. Join us and take your place in space.

At Aerospace, we are committed to providing an inclusive and diverse workplace for all employees to share in our common passion and aspiration – to carry out a mission much bigger than ourselves.

The Enterprise Effects Division (EED) drives integration of Aerospace’s strategic capabilities across the national space enterprise. The division leverages a broad array of engineering disciplines against a diverse and dynamic portfolio of programs, customers, and national challenges. EED spans the capability lifecycle from concept and architecture design to performance assessment to application of space and space-enabled capabilities.

The Principal Director of the Integrated Performance Subdivision (IPS) leads an organization to conduct, direct and integrate model-based analyses, empowering teams and staff to deliver differentiated and context-informed insights. The subdivision supports our customers in modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) of space-, air-, and ground-based systems. Topics include agent-based modeling; mission utility analyses; target tracking effectiveness; architecture performance for and across all space mission areas; end-to-end effects chain analyses and space and space-enabled campaign modeling.
