Operations Support Strategist 

Our team is looking to add an Operations Support Strategist to support a well-established customer that works on a critical and high-visibility mission.  Previous experience working on-site to support the DoD and the intelligence community is highly desirable.

Project:   

We're supporting a customer who has a fast-paced and exciting mission within the intelligence community.  We are looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, understands the operational tempo and goals.   The right person will have experience working on technical collections, such as MASINT, within the IC.  Possible tasks include coordinating cables, providing real-time information for multitude of packages, supporting the missions top ranking Chiefs, and coordinating all monitoring reports and assessments for wider distribution.

Day-to-Day with your Colleagues: 

·         You will sit on-site, alongside the customer, helping to support and manage their projects.  

·         You will keep the technical operations branches on track and running smoothly!  

·         You will organize and coordinate mission critical tasks for the branch such as cables, operational reporting, and logistics tracking.   

·         You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the DOD/IC community. 

·         You will provide briefings to senior government officials via written reports and oral presentations. 

 

Required Qualifications:  

·         Active TS/SCI with the ability to pass a CI polygraph  

·         Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related, or equivalent experience 

·         3 years’ experience in the DOD / IC 

·         3 year’s experience coordinating and planning operations or targeting experience

·         3 year’s experience working in MASINT or other technical collection

 

Desired Qualifications: 

·         2 year’s experience building and maintaining SharePoint applications

·         Strong oral and written communication skills. 

·         Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail 

·         Skilled at prioritization and multi-tasking 

·         Experience using GCOMS

·         Experience using PROTON, TAC and other IC tools

To accommodate all locations, we have listed the bottom to the top of the possible range, and will share the target range for a specific location during the recruiting discussion. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidates unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience. The range for this position is:

$78,000.00 - $166,000.00 annually.
