Analysis Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Detailed Analysis: Perform in-depth analysis of mechanical, structural, or systems engineering problems using analytical and simulation tools. Evaluate system performance, reliability, and safety.
• Modeling and Simulation: Develop and utilize models and simulations to predict system behavior under various conditions. Use software such as MATLAB, Simulink, ANSYS, or similar tools for analysis.
• Design Support: Provide analytical support to the design and development teams. Analyze design proposals, validate system performance, and suggest improvements based on analysis results.
• Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and procedures to validate analytical models. Conduct tests and analyze results to ensure systems meet specifications and requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare comprehensive analysis reports, including findings, recommendations, and technical documentation. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and meets company and industry standards.
• Problem-Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to system performance and reliability. Implement corrective actions based on analysis and testing.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, systems engineers, and project managers, to address and resolve analysis-related issues.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in engineering analysis, with a focus on mechanical, structural, or systems analysis. Experience in aerospace or high-tech industries is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of analysis techniques and tools, including finite element analysis (FEA), dynamics, and simulations. Proficiency with engineering software (e.g., MATLAB, Simulink, ANSYS).
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Education: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in engineering analysis, with significant experience in aerospace or space technology sectors. Experience with spacecraft or satellite systems is a plus.
• Advanced Skills: Expertise in advanced analysis techniques and tools, including nonlinear analysis, thermal analysis, and optimization. Familiarity with high-precision testing and measurement techniques.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in engineering analysis or related fields are a plus.
• Industry Experience: Extensive experience working in aerospace or space technology sectors, including understanding of the unique requirements and challenges associated with engineering analysis for space missions.
• Innovation: Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in analytical techniques and solutions, contributing to the development of cutting-edge space technologies.
