Description:The Secure Infrastructure and Capabilities (SI&C) directorate is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join our team as Program Integration Support. The qualified individual will be responsible for coordinating with multiple teams within the larger Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program to execute various SI&C processes, mainly as integrator of the Capability Insertion Request (CIR) process. This individual will also serve as deputy to multiple baseline control functions, such as the Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB), Engineering Review Boards (ERB) and Change Control Boards (CCB). This individual will also be responsible for consolidating directorate metrics for various program reviews which will be presented to senior leadership.
This role provides opportunities for collaboration with a multitude teams within the FBM program, all relying on SI&C to provide solutions and support to help meet and exceed mission objectives. This individual will also have the opportunity to use critical thinking in order to drive improvements in current processes that will create positive impacts to our mission success. This position will also have the ability to gain insight into various business processes that are critical to program support, such as proposals, contract execution and building relationships with our mission partners.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience managing multiple tasks concurrently
• Experience coordinating and directing meetings with multiple teams
• Demonstrated effective communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a team environment
• Ability to operate independently with limited oversight
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance
Desired Skills:
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Previous experience with Atlassian applications (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
• Previous experience presenting to varying levels of leadership
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
