Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Summer 2025 Intern Items Analyst. In this role, you will Responsible for assuring inventory sufficiency with respect to mission requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems. Manages and controls the asset position of customer inventories, especially under the conditions of performance based logistics (PBL) and total system performance responsibility (TSPR) contracts. Makes and executes decisions for operating inventory to include suppliers, repair facilities, 3PLs and customer locations, including priority interpretation, inventory allocation and asset redistribution as necessary among sources of supply and military operating locations. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of basic support equipment lifecycle and inventory management.
Basic Qualifications:
-Currently enrolled in a Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related major in an accredited school.

-This position requires special access to support the FBM program and requires the selected candidate to be an US Citizen.

- Work experience or classroom knowledge of Inventory Management, Logistics and Supply Chain principles

-Work or classroom experience with Enterprise Resource Planning tools and/or Supply Management Systems

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Products
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
