Job description
Duties
- Manage the entire agreement lifecycle to ensure compliance with NASA policies and Stennis Space Center (SSC) strategy. This includes selecting appropriate agreement types, drafting agreements, negotiating terms, and obtaining concurrence.
- Lead teams to negotiate agreements quickly and consistently.
- Improve the processes and workflows to increase the quality of agreements, reduce the time to reach an agreement, enhance the productivity of the teams creating and/or modifying agreements, and provide leadership insight into the portfolio.
- Provide excellent customer service to parties seeking an agreement with NASA-SSC. Articulate complex issues clearly and concisely. Provide appropriate, responsive answers.
- Support strategic planning and business development processes.
- Foster a culture of engagement, diversity, inclusiveness, excellence and innovation. Champion NASA's commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility to create an environment that promotes a commitment to safety, integrity, and teamwork.

Qualifications
To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level:
- Managing a large, diverse portfolio of agreements with external organizations;
- Using information technology to modernize and improve organization processes and/or workflows; and
- Leading teams to perform complex processes.
Education
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
