Your Role

As the Facilities and Security Administrator, you will serve as the main point of contact for our security and facilities teams, embodying the professionalism and dedication of our organisation. Your role is essential in maintaining a secure and efficient work environment by providing vital support to the Security and Facilities teams.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual, regulatory, and enterprise security and facility requirements, adhering to both Australian Government and Northrop Grumman policies. Your tasks will include streamlining documentation processes, assisting security personnel with logistical and administrative duties, and facilitating clear communication between customers, programme teams, and Base Security personnel. Your efforts will play a key role in protecting the integrity and safety of our operations.

About You

The ideal candidate brings experience in Australian government security and has the ability to interpret critical Commonwealth documents, which is essential for ensuring our operations adhere to the highest standards. The ability to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security and Vetting Agency clearance is crucial for this position, as your role will be central to maintaining the security and integrity of our organisation.

As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable, as such your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability for this role.
