We have a current opportunity for an ERP / IT Project Manager located at our facility in Kruibeke, Belgium. In close partnership with CIO Group leadership and CFO of the European division, you will be responsible for the planning, designing, and implementing of a new ERP system.

Responsibilities

  • You are a pivotal figure between the system integrators and our business: you challenge and translate our needs into implementation solutions.
  • You coordinate all activities related to the Program and are actively involved in all phases of the implementation process including Discovery;  Design (including facilitating workshops for elaborating requirements and creating business process blueprints); Construction (including configuration, development, integration with existing applications, security and data migration), Cutover (establishing production and go-live), and Onboarding (including training, Hypercare and transition to Production Support).
  • You understand the operational and business processes  at Redwire and question them critically. From there you work out the business requirements together with the internal stakeholders. You give advice on the correct process flows and how it will be implemented in the new ERP system.
  • You are responsible for managing and coaching the program  team: you define the program goals and scope. You identify risks and report on program progress.
  • You will ensure that all program stakeholders are and remain aligned throughout the program and actively guide the organization through the change process to ensure readiness to adopt the new ERP.

 

Profile

  • You have a master in TEW, Commercial Sciences or Commercial Engineering or a master in another field combined with experience in project and change management of ERP implementation projects (as implementor and/or at the customer side).
  • Good D365 (and ideally AX) knowledge
  • IT (security, SOX, enterprise architecture,..) expertise
  • Finance and (ideal) SOX literate. Experience in controlling and reporting (management reporting, budgeting & forecasting) is a plus
  • You are customer oriented; you have experience in stakeholder management, program / project management methodologies, Software Development life-cycle methodologies and management of risk, time and budget
  • You are able to bridge between functional and IT/systems expertise
  • You like to share your knowledge and you get energy from guiding colleagues through a change
  • You speak Dutch and English

How We Determine What We Pay (compensation philosophy)

Redwire determines pay for positions using local, national, and industry-specific survey data, for our locations throughout Europe. We will evaluate external equity and the cost of labor/prevailing wage index, in the relative marketplace for jobs directly comparable to jobs within our company.

For new hires, we strive to make competitive offers allowing the new employee room for future growth.  Salaries will be based on the applicant’s level of experience, education, and specialized knowledge and skills. Additionally, we consider the external market rate,the amount we have budgeted internally, and internal equity within the company for the same position.  An employee/candidate with a stronger skill set will be considered for higher pay.
