Job description
Your Mission
As a member of the Propulsion Test Development Team, you will be assisting the team in the design and project work around ground facilities used for launching rockets, testing rocket engines or other components of the launch vehicle.
More specifically, you will:
- Compile design/manufacturing guidelines for external subcontractors based on our design specifications for piping systems
- Create templates for project and engineering documentation to support our internal project workflows
- Help to draft and streamline processes within the Propulsion Test Development team
- Assist design engineers in a wide range of tasks
Who you are and what you have
- Currently enrolled in your BSc/MSc studies in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or similar
- Knowledge of fluid mechanics
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems
- Passionate about new space, curious and eager to learn
- Can-do attitude and desire to go out of your way to help others
- Humility and outstanding communication skills
- Eager to take ownership and accountability for your own actions and mistakes
- Fluent in English
