About The Position

Intuitive Machines is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business/Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage multiple long-term contracts and support the operations of our local office. We are looking for a professional with a strong background in managing government, academic, scientific, and/or technical contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple long-term contracts and oversee their successful execution

• Support the operations of our local office

• Oversee teams of engineers and scientists working on various tasks across multiple contracts

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Monitor project performance and implement necessary improvements

• Provide leadership and direction to project teams

• Manage facilities and operations as needed

Qualifications:

• 10-20 years of experience managing multi-million dollar contracts

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business is preferred

• Experience managing teams of up to 50 people

• Strong background in managing government, academic, scientific, and/or technical contracts

• Experience in managing facilities and operations

• Capable of leading groups of engineers and scientists across multiple tasks and contacts
